Need someone to do ongoing link building

I'm looking for someone reliable who can do the following:

For each new site I launch (1-2 per month):
- One-time submission to directories
- social bookmarking homepage
- backlinks to homepage

All links should be PR3+, permanent, dofollow.

I also publish lots of articles on my sites. When a new one is published, I'd like you to:
- repost to 4-5 article sites
- do social bookmarking for that post
- build some backlinks to that post

Ideally, I'll just give you RSS feeds and you can do it automatically and send me weekly reports for payment.

You should consider using SocialAdr for your social bookmarking. It's great because it can continually trickle links in.
