Looking to Buy Home & Law sites

Hi there -

I'm looking to buy...

1) An aged home improvement and/or decorating site

2) An aged law/legal site

3) Both preferrably 1 yr old or more (site age in G's index not domain age), doesn't have to have huge traffic

4) Prefer Adsense monetizing

PM me if you have anything you think I'd be interested in. Domain name should be wide enough to where I can post on many topics in the niche.
