Then I had a WP Panel Made a Blog, Posted My Article Spun.

Linked Both those Site's to My Main Site, & Voila

The Site is Competing Against PR4 Website,
Direct Keyword Competition 6,000

When you Type the Keyword just into Google
Total Result's: About 1,750,000 results

If there was More Competition, I'd Go for a Proper Link Wheel with High PR Site's & .edu & .gov's

Depending on Competition & how Strong you want to go on it.
