PR3 Aged Domain - Business related links, post or sitewide

I am selling a PR3 aged (3 years+) domain links.

Site wide - $60 per year, I will only sell 10 site wide
(but 5 already taken),

Since too many links will pass too many
link juice thus you will *NOT* have the benefits
that you think you have!

Remember quality counts. I don't think you want
bunch of links from a site like many cheap links
provider will give you.

turnaround time: 1- 2 days for just links,

are the posts lifetime, or per annum prices?
