I have a video games site that ranks for many terms in the top 5. This site has no links to other sites except Amazon. It's not a 'made for backlinking' blog.

Example:
term 1 ranks #3 with 22k exact searches per month - page is PR3
Willing to sell one link on this page $150 for one year

Site is averaging 300-400 visits per day.
