Have just bought it and will leave a review in a few days. The buying process is smooth. You pay using Paypal and then get redirected to a download link. The download is a rar file of about 1.3 Meg in size.

I'm very happy with the investment. Have used the list several times with a decent success rate in terms of successful posting. Using free proxies I got about a 30% post rate which is good in my book.
