    Broken link building method is an effective way to gain some quick back links to your site. there are few tools which works good to find broken links, few of them were Google chrome check my links extension, open site explorer, Xenu link sleuth, etc.

    It will give best worth in the link building mail, as you are helping them with their BBL. This will give more success than normal link building mail

    The broken link building is used by many SEO agencies and experts to build quality one-way backlinks.
    When you find a broken link email the webmaster and notify about the problem. Nobody likes 404 pages and it's also considered an SEO problem to link to pages that don't exist.
    In the email approach, suggest the webmaster to replace the broken link with your website.

    It's a great link building method but not something you should focus on exclusively. It's very effective if you can find broken links on authority sites and convince the owners to link to your site.

    Definitely it has lost some of its value because of saturation. But it helps to keep your backlinks profile diversed
