Why This Type Of Website is Getting Good Rank in Google?

Dear all SEO experts, I am little bit confused when I see these type of websites on the first page of Google. iTECHONOLOGY | information Technology It is coming on first page of results for php development company india. If you talk about back links only 3 links for Root Domain and Total 11 links.

Even DA is 14 and PA 20. If you talk about trust flow its only 6 and citation flow is 12. The design of their website isn't great. And many websites including mine is not even 10th page of Google. my website is IT Outsourcing & Offshore Mobile Development Company India - Enuke. Why does this happen?

    By the looks of it that website carries a GPR of 3, while yours carries a 2.
    It isn't necessarily about the amount of backlinks you have, it's the quality which matters.

    Google( in India) is even confused which websites they should rank in First Page , because every website lack quality content and have almost same backlinks from websites which offer free backlinks.

    Google doesn't have more option to place quality sites on top.

    There are a few reasons-

    1) It's a premium domain. The content on the homepage is solid.
    2) It gets a lot more traffic than you.

    The reasons you should outrank it-

    1) Most of his links redirect to themeforest
    2) He has very few natural pages

    For you to take this person's rank, do three things-

    1) Focus on adding sub-pages for every one of your services. Mention your keyphrase once on each page.
    2) Spend time getting quality backlinks. Even just a few from reliable sources would put you over the top.
    3) Add interactive elements to your site (videos, infographics, blogs, etc) to keep visitors there longer.
    4) Your site loaded very slow for me...but maybe it was my connection. Still, I'd double check your load times.
    5) Keep pumping out fresh content. That's the biggest key.
