Why Keywords are not found in search engine pages?

I have been doing SEO of AzraJamil.com for the past few months. The ranks of these keywords are fluctuating a lot and sometimes totally disappeared from search engine result pages. I've tried all the techniques, but unable to achieve good result till now. Please give me some suggestions on how to achieve top ranks for these keywords and make them stable. These are the keywords I'm promoting:

    Google show results according to relevancy between search query and website. I would like to suggest you that you must enhance the relevancy between target keywords and landing pages. Publish unique and high quality content on the high authority website and create backlinks for your target keywords. If you will work according to Google algorithms and follow these techniques, then your website must appear in the top listing of your target keywords.
