Hey WF

Over the last few months, I've been putting together a new website. It's featured around home decor, and each page involves a 4-600 word article surrounding a specific keyword, and an image gallery with 9-15 images.

I've got around 100 pages of individual content up on the site now, and it's nearing primary completion.

I haven;t yet done any off-page SEO work ( All on-page is complete), but the site is making on average around £1 a day through Adsense.

I'm confident that with some good, hard work, the site can earn a nice little income, so what would you experts recommend I do now?

I was thinking about building a PBN, but I'm unsure whether it's worth the risk or not, as I'm pretty new to SEO.

If you great people have any tips/advice I can use to begin ranking my site, I would appreciate it a lot

Thanks a lot

Alex

How can you say that your On Page is complete as you have mentioned that you are new in SEO. But anyways apart from On Page you have to opt for Off Page optimization techniques too. You can rank in search engines without creating any backlinks but you cannot be in top10. This is because your competitors are creating tons of backlinks to be ahead in SERPs.

What I meant is, that I've build a silo linking structure, have in putted meta descriptions and titles, H2 tittles - I used the All in one SEO package on Wordpress.

Is there more I should be doing?

Social signals are more important now a days, so start working on this too and build quality back links from same niche. Use structure data to attract more users

    Hi Alex,

You are already on right track. Its time to explore your reach by sharing quality content through blogging, guest blogging, infographics etc. Nowadays, content marketing is best bet to earn qualified traffic and lots of social shares.

Also setup your Google Analytics and Webmasters account to track website traffic, understand user behavior and check website health (crawl error, indexed pages etc.). Create XML file of your website and submit it to webmaster for fast crawling of your webpages.

    Hope it helps you.

Thanks everyone. I have set up webmaster tools & analytics

As far as I can gather, building backlinks on article directories etc aren't that effective any more. It's more about showing Google you're providing real value.

Also, should I placing an outbound link on each of my pages? Or is that a bit OTT?

    Thanks
