I dont know if buying a site would be any good if you dont know how to manage the site well and keep the ranking on the top. If you did know how to manage to keep the ranking, i am sure you would also know how to rank. Why would you buy a ranking site for 1000's if you know how to rank it yourself!!! Dont buy unless you are sure you are going to make the best use of it and know how to keep the ranking high. But yes thats an option you can keep open and surely good if you have a few 1000's of dollars in the bank to throw away becase you are lazy

and ya. There is no magic involved. It takes only 3 things. 1. Getting the Right Keywords (Keyword Research) . 2. Writing excellent content to compete with the competiton. (keyword density does play a major role but so does your content quality and creativity). 3. Posting content on other Websites (Guest posts, Social Whateveer) with your links on related and relavent topics. Period.

Dude this is such an open-ended question.

Ranked on page 1 of google, for what keyword? Obviously, the more competitive the keyword is, mortgage loans for example is very hard to rank on page 1.

But the longer-tail, local keyword, is much easier to rank on page 1. Example, dallas texas chiropractor for women, would be easier to get on page 1.

you can temporary rank fast but the chances to be deindexed/penalized are quite high. otherwise there is no "fast" in SEO

Make a cracking post and get ranked without seo. In my niche it's even impossible to get a good rank but i got 1st page rank with keyword and within few days not weeks

post writing tricks can also help alot. My 35 days website is getting 30K+ impressions plus 30% keywords ranked on 1st page. try to be smartest google is so smart

Sounds like the serps are dominated by ecommerce sites for your keywords. It will likely be tough outranking them without some really strong links. Try some guest posting or PBN links, they can be costly but are the fastest link building methods for generating rankings atm.
