If you wanted to use a long tail domain name would you use:

Longtaildomainnamehere.com

or

Long-tail-domain-name-here.com

and both are available.

Thanks!

ya know, I've heard those people say that the domain with hyphens is less powerful than those that don't have them, in terms of seo etc. However, with my own testing on domains that have hyphens, I found that ranking them was still really easy and worked really well.

Hyphens are awful, especially when you have more than one that's just brutal.

Find a new domain, or find something brandable that's shorter and memorable.

No hyphens. Never use hyphens or numbers on the domain, they are so weird and even google doesnt like it. One of my client with an hyphen domain had a very slow serp rankings because of the only hyphen which we found out after doing the same process with a new no-hyphen domain.

If it's for a site you wish to rank then leave out the hyphens. On the other hand for a squeeze page you are not looking to rank then using hyphens means you can get great domain names cheaper & more availability.

      Cheers
