What time does Google usually do updates?

Anyone know?

I thought this would be the week Penguin would be updated as one of the heads at Google said it could be this week. If not today I think next week is highly likely.

Normally around 4:20 EST. Sometimes they party a little too hard and forget though...

I believe that Google's next update will be released by the end of this year.

No one really knows for sure.
