It is better to use fb.com/domainname than fb.com/DomainName?
It has any seo advantage?

But what about same question on Google+ and Youtube personalized urls?

    I always use lower case, when doing this, but the truth is it doesn't really matter. You may have a point there though, it's easier for the visitors to read your link. But once they click the Like button, it doesn't really matter anymore
