Weird Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics Issue

So I have a strange thing happening on one of my sights. I have Google Analytics linked to my webmaster tools. Analytics is pulling in the data from webmaster tools for the search queries just fine.
The weird thing is that my search impression are only showing around 100 with about 10 clicks over the last 30 days, yet when I take a look at Analytics under 'Acquisition' --> 'All Traffic' it is showing that I am getting 11,000 session from 'google / organic.'
On my other sites they line up fairly close.
What gives?
