Hello,
I am trying to learn keyword research, sometimes I have some confusion in my mind that's why i have decided to share here and need your valuable support to understand better, for example my blog is all about smart phone, for that I have to put this keyword i almost all of my post. smart phone tips is keyword, smart phone review is a keyword, smart phone tips for beginner its also a keyword, all the keywords got smart phone in common. If I write separate unique articles for each, am I violating any Googles Rules ? If my keywords come many times in many post , is this offense ? if so how can I target long tail keywords ? my second question is if there any possibility to get a decent amount of traffic by doing on page only ? please help me about in depth keyword research and latest on page seo techniques to follow.

I hope someone will help me here I would be really grateful to you. Thanks in advance.

You dont have to put smart phone in all your posts, just ensure that it is placed in your homepage header description and tittle
You are not violating any Google rule by writing on the long tail kws you provided above, but i will advise you write some other posts that doesnt have the word "smart phone" in its title, stuffs like Iphone review, iphone tips and stuffs lik dat
    * your keyword can appear as much as you like, but do ensure that you mix it up with its synonyms to prevent keyword stuffing,kw density of about 4% is what most seoers will recommend for you

    * On page is as important as off page, dont neglect any of it

On page seo is important but don`t play too much with keywords density etc. cos it`s asking for trouble, focus on quality of your articles and quality backlinks to them.

Choose your keywords rigth way to not target the top competetive ones cos you will trigger a red flag quite fast, stay behing google`s radar by checking what is doing your competitors, use their keyphrases from the long tail they are already ranked and getting traffic from, you can easily do that with SEMRUSH for example.

    - If the keywords aren't very similar to each other, you can write articles on each of them.
    - Limit the number of times you repeat your keywords within your articles and use LSI/related keywords instead.
    - If your keywords are extremely low competition keywords, you can get some traffic with just on-page SEO. However, don't expect anything considerable.
