Hello Experts,

We have our website with US targeted audiences. Is it necessary to use computers that are physically located in US for social like and share?

Thanks,

Social has nothing to do with SEO, so use whatever computers you want.

I don't think it has anything to do with targeting a US audience, but I'm pretty sure social signals have a lot to do with seo at the moment.

Show me one site that is ranking in a slightly competetive SERP based on social signals.

I don't have time right now to dig one up for you, but I have read countless articles with case studies showing the benefits, maybe their not true I have no idea.

All they show is correlations. They show that high ranked sites in high traffic keywords have a lot of Likes and Tweets. They do not do anything to prove that the sites are ranking there because of those. Most likely, they were ranking highly first, because of that brought in a lot of traffic, and then got all the Likes and Tweets. Not the other way around.

There are zero case studies I have seen of anyone actually ranking a site based on social signals.
