When I order articles to my niche website, I need to tell him to write each post to each keyword?
For example my keywords are:
Labrador Retriever Training
Training Lab Puppies
Train a Better Labrador
Labrador Training Tips
Lab Puppy Training

Or if I write the articles, how I can do that? to write about the same topic over and over again ?
Maybe I didn't pick up the right keywords because they are too similiar to each other?

You can`t even imagine how much is to say about that topic (((:
Don`t worry, hire some writers here and they will manage it for you to make it looks natural ,interesting and usefull for SEO.

Yes, you should target each article with 1 keyword.
But before you do that try to find out which keyphrases have ranked your main competitors and use that to outrank them or get similiar positions. It`s a gold mine, you don`t have to waste your time on testing ,or belive tools like Market Samurai etc. you may use that what your competitors have already ranked and gain traffic from.

But it's good to use similiar keyword like "labrador training", and on another post use the keyword "lab training" ? It doesn't look to Google like a spam ?

Don't look for keywords instead use skyscraper technique to write new posts. Google skyscraper technique for more details.

I'd advise you to write one long article incorporating those keywords and that covers the topic well rather than writing different short articles on those keywords because they are very similar to each other.
