I have just started with SEO and got very confused with all the recent posts about Pinguin 3.0
What is the main changes? If someone even know them already?

There were no changes to speak of. Just a refresh of an already existing algorithm filter.

I don't think so, I don't know what they exactly did, but things are much tighter then what it used to be and I've been going through a quite a few Penguin updates already.

Back in the days there were some lacks and the impact was definitely noticable but now that we do things way better then before the impact is much larger so this is not even close to previous Penguin updates.

What to do now after Penguin 3?

    Ok heres the BIG SCOOOP

    Look at Penguin

See what links Google targeted in it's refreshes.

Don't try to rank with those types of links anymore.

Since Penguin is mostly about backlinks the biggest thing you need to know is to try to make every backlink anchor text unique. Try not to repeat the same anchor texts twice.

Less than 5% of your backlink anchors should be your keyword. Most of your anchors should be URL anchors and brand anchors. You should also have lots of "click here" and "learn more at this website" type anchors.

But this is the way you should have been doing it for at least the past year. So it's not a change.

Nothing changed from what I have been saying for a year.

Avoid the following link building techniques:
    - Article directories
    - Blog commenting spam
    - Forum profile links
    - Wiki spam
    - Web 2.0's (with minor exceptions)
    - Link directories
    - PR spam

I know I'm missing some, but the easier the links are to get the more you should avoid generally.

You might want to add low quality guest posts off your list. High quality, high editorial feedback guest posts are still good but besides that form of contributed content, you're rolling the dice with typical guest post link building campaigns.

Any link from a guest blogging network – Google is obviously on a rampage against article networks like PostJoint or MyBlogGuest. Matt Cutts wasn’t kidding when he promised to nail guest blogging networks. He already has, and he will continue to do so. And this time, it’s going to be built right into the algorithm.

The true thing is SEO world change all of time, you will never know what change tomorrow so that if you build thing today wrong with tomorrow, it will turn out a lot of job for you to do.

So the best thing is doing in white hat with content focus, it will save you a lot of time in future and you even don't worry about what Google say, because in anyway they do they have to focus to useful content.

I suggest you still stick with QUALITY CONTENT. This is what Penguin is all about.

It was all about poor link building techniques that SEO guys were using to rank higher. The most important is about the excessive exact match anchor text coming out of poor low authority domain can get you penalized

Quality Content is the main thing that you need to focus on with these changes. You can still do a few things to boost rankings, but content should be your focus. Gone are the days when you can manipulate the numbers by adding backlinks all over the place or buying likes, etc. It will make all of our jobs a little more difficult, but overall, I think it might improve our the marketplace for the better...and it will certainly weed out those that do not have good content. Here's a link to explain the changes in algorithms in the past months/years.

Rather than thinking about links you can create yourself or purchase try to think, how can I earn links? Links that are given without your control because you offer something valuable or relevant to a niche, market or community.

These links will help you and rather than being punished, search engines will reward you.
