Hi guys...

When I want to go to the google keyword planar, It wants me to create a "AdWords account" and fill the billing section and add my name/zip code and so on.. what is the solution then please? I just want to use google keyword planar to find popular keywords to use in YouTube video -add proper ones to the tag/title section of my video-.

It seems to me that without filling the adwords account sections I am not able to use google planar! Is that true? Any solution please?

    Hi,

It's been a long time since I had the same problems as you but it is a tool for Advertisers who want to pay money to bid on their chosen keywords.

As I remember I didn't enter any credit card info but I did create a campaign, then added my keywords as well as max and minimum bids and the tool was restored to its full functionality without me giving credit card details.

Like Paz it's been a while since I signed up, but vaguely recall having to setup a campaign to gain access. I didn't add credit card details either, have never used AdWords for traffic.

After getting through to being able to use the tool you have a red warning bar saying your account isn't active, ignore it.

I have used the Google Keyword Tool without adding a credit card

Once you are loggin to any of the google keyword pages

Type in your search box in the top right hand corner of your computer

    "google keyword tool"

click on some of the first links that show up

you may have to do a few searches before you will see the normal google keyword tool page

Yes I think it's true that AdWords Login is now required in order to use the Keyword Planner tool. However, creating an AdWords account is free and fast so this shouldn’t be an issue.

You do not need to have ads running in order to use the Planner and get keyword ideas, so for now, it is still free for keyword research.
