Can I really get ranked so easy?

Language is a very big fact to rank on google. Google use lot of language but one thing you should know that you would not got some good forum , social site , blog , etc in your language. So it is really fact to create backlink. And most important thing with out good backlink you could not imagine Rank on google. But i way if you work hard in social book marking site like facebook , google plus, twitter , etc in your language and make good traffic then it is possible that google rank you good in your keyword.

It should be very easy to rank for that keyword with the right kind of backlinks. Once you succeed in getting your site ranked, expand your efforts to other cities too.

I agree, very easy to rank that maybe same day using video and few days with website or blog. 210 result keywords is not a lot, I've ranked plenty into the millions using good seo.

Just include keywords in your site no need to mention over and over just do naturally and use different variations of same word. But what you ultimately want to rank for is a keyword with more searches.

You can surely rank for this keyword easily - i have already check it up for you. However, i highly advise you to build a brand on the way instead of just targeting one keyword at a time.

If the local competition in your niche is low, then you would have the upper hand to form your own local brand.

Google algorithm is best on english. I'm bulgarian and still see poor, spammy sites to rank on my language, but that doesn't mean that they still will in the near future.
