Which Backlink Software Creates These /entries/ links?

I think these are links on the Drupal or Joomla platform.

The URL's look like

hxxp://whateversite.com/entries/this-is-my-spun-article/
hxxp://whateversite.com/groups/this-is-my-spun-article/
hxxp://whateversite.com/node/this-is-my-spun-article/

On first glance you'd think it's some article directory but it definitely is not, I have never seen any software advertised that build these links though, can anyone enlighten me?

Reason I start about this is cause I want to do some tiered linking for some of my affiliate sites, and it seems contextual links are the way to go but:

- Wiki links are mostly nofollow
- Article directories are spammed a little too hard
- Press release sites are limited in numbers
- Web2.0's are limited in numbers (unless you count Jcow / Elgg but mostly nofollow)

So instead I'd like to use other people's crappy blog networks (those 400 posts for $30 type of things), those Drupal/Joomla style of links and forum posts on spammed / inactive forums (these used to work real well in the past, let's see if that's still so).

Just saw a site ranking at #1 for a decent keyword, his backlink profile consists of:

- 10 percent spammy blog comments
- 10 percent user profiles at a variety of sites
- 10 percent linkfeed.ru links (cheaper alternative for SAPE)
- 10 percent contextual links at semi-crappy PBN
- 50 percent of those /entries/ /groups/ links that I don't know how to replicate

All the links were pointed directly at this site:

- 250 referring domains
- 900 linking pages
- 80 different anchors being used
- only 3 main keywords (no longtails)
- shitload of LSI
- tons of brand/URL
- large amounts of generic anchors
- money site consists of 35 pages of decent content
- backlink content is spun but done decently
- 90 percent of the links are dofollow (that's quite unique with such load of spam)

He also had a 301 redirect pointed at his site from a somewhat relevant domain, health niche, that domain had:

- 100 referring domains
- 400 linking pages
- 100 different anchors being used
- 90 percent of the anchors being generic
- zero money keywords as anchor text.

On top of that the site was build on an aged expired domain, as I found some other links that definitely belonged to the old owner of the site as they looked 100 percent legit and had completely nothing to do with the new topic of the site. Eg the site used to be about language services, now it's promoting some weight loss product.

Anyway just thought I outlined the details of how some people still spam their way to the top. As you can see in the link description it turns out that 60 percent of the backlinks are contextual and 20 percent of the links paid links.
