I'm using Adwords for this affiliate link that I have.I'm doing placement campaign.I'm getting pretty good rate of clicks but no purchases. The conversion ratio of this product is supposes to be 1:22 but I've had a lots and lots more clicks than that but no purchase.I'm wondering if I should keep spending on it or just move on.

I'm new here by the way and new to this affiliate thing

That's great that you're getting clicks, but it depends on WHY people clicked on it. Is the ad you're using specifically indicating what people are getting themselves into?

I suggest you contact the product owner and ask if you could replicate their sales page to do some testing and see what your traffic is doing on the site. You could then use Google Analytics to see how many of them are bouncing and how much time they are spending on the site.

If they're bouncing, it either means something is wrong with your ad (not being targeted enough) or something is wrong with the sales page and the 1:22 ratio is full of crap. Good luck.

Make sure you makes ads that offers exactly the same thing in your landing page. Also the quality of landing page is important. Its content should make the people make a purchase.

First try to find out the sources of links. Are these clicks from bots of real human.

The most important thing..Getting clicks do not means that you will get conversions. The affiliate of which you are should also be well reputed so that you can get converisons. Also make sure that even if you get clicks from those who are really in need of that product then also it do not means that you will get sale.
