Does anyone know anything about SEO company 'Source wave' run by Alex Becker?

    There was another thread about it on another Warrior forum which I can't find but the jist of it was that Alex Becker was a great Marketeer but the actual course material was a re-hash of a previous SEO product.

    The consensus was that most of the material in the course was freely available on this forum and elsewhere online.

      That's the thing that has surprised me about him. Not that he is hurting, but why not play to your strength?

      He even says he is not that great at SEO, yet he keeps selling SEO course after SEO course.

      He's a great marketer. If he came out with a marketing course, that would probably be well worth buying. Heck, I would think about buying that.

        It's the same with moz. I would buy their marketing skills before I would ever dream of buying anything SEO related from them.

        At the very least moz should do a spin-off site targeting the marketing niche.

          Becker was banned from the forum for spam. In particular, recycling email opt-outs. Recently, he was apparently again misusing email addresses, this time to someone seemingly misappropriating the name of a popular member of this subforum. I have a specially tagged email address that pops up whenever this occurs. Not cool all around.
