My target page doesnt crawl by google?

My target page doesnt crawl by google from october 7th onwards so the focusing keyword for that url automatically landing with my home page .Position also getting back from 39 to 55.Where i need to concentrate to crawl that page ?

    You most likely have a blog that's posting blog post snippets on the home page. The home page has established authority while the new page is still weak (it's new). Build a static home page, wait for the snippet to roll of the dynamic home page, or build strong links pointing at the new webpage.

    Looks like your confusing Googlebot crawling with ranking a page, not the same things.

    Please check your sitemap in webmaster, if there is any error then resolve it. If everything is okay and still Google is not crawling the pages? then use 'fetch as Google' option for crawling.

    check meta tags of ur website...make related metas of your contect.and also check site map..

    http://www.example and Example Domain we have same meta tags for both urls which i have mentioned .i thought it will be affect the keyword position ,y because both url contains the same content google may be confused which url will going to suitable like that .Please help me whether my thought is right or wrong?
