I am using Max Blog Press Ping optimizer to avoid self pinging in my blog. But I have a doubt regarding this plugin. In this plugin, we have to include the pinging services in the URL's to ping page under MBP ping optimizer. My doubt is Do we have to include the same pinging services site in the update services under writing settings of wordpress?
