    Well that sounds like you recovered from a manual b$$chslap and not an Penguin based Algo penalty.

    He explains how he "removed" the "SAPE" links and how he's been using "SpeedRank" links. You know those PBN's? Nothing to do with Penguin,

      I'm seeing tons of movements and I track 100's of sites so I don't even have to read other people's thread to suspect a Penguin refresh or update.

      Most penalties aren't hand out in a manual way. At least I never received such message, neither did my clients and we only rank with PBN's

      Ain't saying that his story is water tight nor do I care cause that's not what this thread is about, I purely pasted it to show that I'm not the only one who is seeing a lot of movement.

          Lol I had to add something to make it at least a tiny bit credible, with me it works like this, I see huge shifts in rankings, I think WTH, so first thing I do is Google results for the last 24 hours with Penguin 3.0 search terms, then I found that blog from someone I don't know and he linked to BHW so hell why not.

          Anyway it looks like they pulled the strings even tighter again. Eg a number of sites that didn't drop during Penguin 3.0 dropped now.

    We need a sticky thread for penguin called:

    "Recovery is nigh"

    It's always gonna recover.

    You're not penalized for life.

    That's worse than a prsion sentence.

    I've noticed a lot more keyword searches referred to my site when looking at WP stats, for the past 2 months its always been 1-2 keywords that WP recognized referred to my site, but this week has been different, about 10-15 different keyword searches referred to my site, its like focusing on exact keywords I now rank for many broad keywords on Google.

    Probably has nothing to do with this supposed 3.1 p update, but I wanted to share my joy.
