Outsourcing everything but product creation

Hi Guys,
I am completely new to the IM game.
I take an analytical view of most things, and thus have decided to outsource every step of my online business BUT the product creation, using best of breed suppliers:
* Wordpress developers ($150 a month design and updates)
* Graphic Design for my monthly PDF newsletter
* 1shoppingcart.com for email, shoppingcart, and online fulfillment.
Now I am in the process of investigating outsourcing my pay per click campaign, and SEO. Don't get me wrong. I fully expect it will take me a number of weeks to understand how to evaluate how to pick and then monitor these suppliers.
That's where I thought I would ask for your help. Can anyone please lead me in the right direction?
