YouTube Channel - video publication conflicts

Hi there, Would like to have your opinion. We have paid a company to produce some of our videos for our SEO that of course we posted on our YouTube channel. Now the company wants to publish the same videos on their YouTube channel and use this in their Newsletter, websites ... I asked them to use the embed codes from our channel to distribute the videos but they seem not happy. Can you please some other arguments so that to convince them to use our channel.
For the story, we are in the Resorts niche, and these videos will be picked up by Tour Operators, Travel Agents & Partners. I want our YouTube channel to be the main source to increase the visibility of the Brand.
