Is link indexing safe?

I'm looking into getting either Link Indexr or One Hour Indexing for my business site, but I'm just a little worried that it could backfire in the future and get me penalised or something.

    If you need to use an indexing service, then the quality of the links you are getting are close to worthless and its the quality of those links that could harm you.
    Links that are worth having will get indexed quickly without any help.

    You are right. I see no reason why you should want to be indexed in 1 hour or very fast. It cannot get you penalized as those programs use basic ping sending like googleping dot com, but you just shouldn't pay for this kind of service as it does nothing for the money.

    Why you need a link indexer? Spiders will find all those pages where your link was added as long as they are worth to index.

    Indexer will never help your site to rank if the source of your back links are garbage.
