So I've just recently gotten accepted into Adsense again, and I just have one question.

I know about that policy of having a privacy policy on your site, but I just can't seem to remember where about on the Adsense FAQ it is located.

Does someone have it on hand?

Thanks. It's weird, I got accepted into Adsense but I didn't have a privacy policy present.

You only need when Adsense ads are live. If they don't like your privacy policy they might tell you or your indication might be PSA-only account or site until you get the behavioral targeting verbiage in there.

Blackwaterblog, Great that you got accepted again!

Is it w/in Adsense TOS to set up another account using a LLC?

It may be wise to have more than one adsense account... Once one hits a hundred per day, start a new account?

Makes sense as long as it is permitted.

@intelinside: Hopefully this time they won't ban me for making too much money, and calling it click fraud.

@captive: It took me nearly a year to get back into Adsense with the same information I used on the account that got banned last year, I had mentioned this in a post I made before this one:

However, this isn't always true. My account was banned last year from Adsense for making too much money, and just this last weekend I was accepted into Adsense again with the same information I had used on the account that was banned.

I was applying every month with different addresses too.
@Evita: About the LLC and Adsense, I have no idea since I don't run any form of LLC registered company.

Yes, they are just to mean these days

But, do watch out for invalid clicks, especially 'click Bombing'.

I noticed repetitive clicking (probably by a bot/script) for 2 days which I reported to Google on thursday and took off the Ads from that site. I am awaiting reply from G, in case I don't get in within week's time, I will put my Ads back.

For the time being, I am using Adbrite, Bidvertiser to keep the money rolling
