Socialadr, how often and, what plan is better?

i would like your help!!!
i have a website and, i would like it to promote via socialadr.com
i would like to upgrade to 1 of available plans website has!
my question is! how often i have to submit my urls of my website? is there an average for this?? f.e, 1 time per day? 2? 3? and, what pack would you suggest me? have you results for 1 of those and, would you like you to suggest me one?

    SocialAdr if I'm not mistaken it's a social bookmarking platform, it's great to use but don't think it contains any of the link juice you need.

    Instead of automated, try manual backlinking.

      Post 10,000 socialadr backlinks per day if you want, it won't have any effect on your rankings. Social bookmarking links are nofollow links, and the do-follow ones are on low quality sites with no authority.
