    It looks like social media crap, so why would it hurt SEO? Social media has nothing to do with SEO.

    IFTTT is amazing if you run a Facebook page and Twitter account for your website. I save a lot of time by not having to post an update on every website when I add a new post to my site. It's all done automatically.
