Revive some old blogs

Hi all.
I have free time again (unemployed) and I want to return to blogs / adsense / SEO.
I already have five blogs running for more than 1 year, never did any SEO to them. All have between 15 and 30 articles (original, not copy-paste) but I dont have any traffic (10-20 visits / day).
I want to try to revive them...
1) Do you think is a good idea? Maybe is more easy to start with a new project?
2) Is it OK if I rewrite the articles to do internal linking?
3) I am thinking to create 1 backlink / day to each one every day... What do you recommend: all links to frontpage, same internal page or different pages every day?
