Use of H2 and H3 headings

Hi!
Am I using the H2 and H3 headings correctly?
Should I maybe use bold text instead?

I am using the H2 about three times for these titles:
What is cupping massage?
How does a treatment look like?
What are the benefits?

And then I use H3 for:
Book cupping massage
#headings

    It doesn't really matter. Google doesn't really look at the heading tags anymore. Just use them for neater code and easier css styling.

    Use as many h2 or h3s as you want. Not going to be a significant ranking factor.

    However, do check your grammar, as Google filters pages with a grammar score now....
