Additional Adsense Accounts Data Not Showing Up

I have recently set up another adsense account for another one of my sites by creating another channel for I wanted to track how much money I was making including cost per click my new site was doing.
The problem I am having is that it is showing the Page impressions, Clicks, Page CTR it is not showing the earnings for my new account which does not make sense as I am having clicks happening.
Any idea how I get the earnings to show up seperately for my new site?
