Geo Targeting without WMT

Hi there,

Is there a way to geo target a .com domain to some country without using the setting in WMT? Will any meta tag help?

    Buy the ccTLD version of your domain and build/transfer your site on/to it. For example, if you want to target the UK market, use a co.uk domain extension.
