Social Signal Service? Fiver Gig?, or Software?

I need to get some social signals to this link in order to rank above my competition. I have 0 social signals and its ranking on page 2. The competition has way more than zero social signals and lower quality backlinks. I think social signals is the boost I need to out rank my competition.

Is there any recommended downloadable software or online service like a fiverr gig that is good for social signals?

        That's the only place (moz) I've seen that acts like social will rank a page.

        So why do you need this social stuff in the SERPs? How's it going to rank a page?

            No offense but you might want to make friends with an SEO because social isn't ranking pages in Google SERPs.
