    Hi Pravinlpatel again,

here I can recommend this simple but effective 2-Step procedure to find your best keywords:

1.) Use something like this: http://semrush.com/

You want to find there and note down:
    - The most frequent keywords (high volume)
    - The most valuable keywords (highest CPC)
    - Similar Keywords (Related Queries)

2.) Now use this: http://ubersuggest.org/ to drill down the collected terms from step 1. This will give you a lot of "long tail keywords", they are excellent building blocks for your optimized Title Tag(s).

If you found this helpful, I appreciate a quick "thanks"

If you want real authority backlinks from sites like Wikipedia.org, this is my way to go: www.wikilink.biz

Get some initial keyword ideas from the client and fine tune those using Google Keyword Planner - go for mix of highly, medium and less searched keywords.

Are there any free tools to look up word popularity?

Google adwords used to have a tool with the exact number of searches and related searches to a word...

Today however, Google went with Google trends and it sucks... basically useless on my view...

I can go to to valuate.com or estibot.com for limited domain appraisal, but along with it will give you an average of keyword search...

I don't want to pay 10's or 100's of dollars a month just to know the frequency of a searched keyword.. kind of dumb...

Sadly no, not any reliable ones at least. The only reliable solution is to buy ads (PPC) and use this to get search volume estimates and conversion data. Then you can use that information to find the keywords worth really investing in.

Otherwise, go with your gut and adjust your keywords along the way

Unfortunately, keyword research cannot be explained in one post, so I'll refer you to an excellent guide that you no doubt will understand: Keyword Research: The Definitive Guide
