No SerpFox SERP Updates?

I noticed that none of my many keywords have been updated in SerpFox for about the last 36 hours. Which is unusual for them (usually updates are at least once a day, for some keywords more often). I tried logging out and back in, but no luck.

Any other SerpFox users experiencing this?

Yes, all of my keywords haven't updated in over 24 hours either.

I had the same idea as well and when I added a new campaign nothing showed either, this happens more frequently then you think at SerpFox though.

I would bet their proxies, or at least a large chunk of them, have been given a Google timeout.

Things just started working for me now. I have email notifications set and I just got a half dozen of them now.

I emailed support yesterday and they said they "were looking into it."

Good to hear, next time don't panic, this is a real common thing, though this time it was a little longer then usual.

My guess is a bug popped up rather than proxies going down. My gut tells me Serpfox is run by one dude and that's it. Probably didn't even notice because he doesn't check the service that often.
