Getting back into the game I've got a baby boy that I would like to be able to spend more time with at home and am expanding my home business. Several years ago my main income was internet based but I feel as if I'm really out f the game now. I've been doing alot of reading but I'm having a hard time finding which seo tools are actually worth buying.

A couple that come to mind are senuke and micro niche finder. Excuse my ignorance these may be extremely dated now. I've done alot of reading but I can't tell what's marketing hype and what's not. There's so many websites getting commissions and writing fake reviews just to make a buck I really would just like the opinions off people that actually use these products.

If you could name 2 or 3 products that you think really helped you I would appreciate it. I currently sell hardwood flooring that we mill straight from the log. It's a neat and fulfilling job. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Thank you in advance any input is greatly appreciated.

Things have changed quite a bit in the last few years and all that SeNuke stuff was great back then, but it's a different ballgame now.

Search engines have come a long way and are better at spotting artificial backlinking and blackhat methods. You need to stay white hat these days if you want to build a lasting business and one that makes beaucoup bucks!

Seems to me that you should probably consider starting with a solid keyword finding tool such as Market Samurai or Longtail Pro and stick to the basic SEO principles of building sites. You can start with a great guide from SEOMoz SEO: The Free Beginner?s Guide From Moz

Senuke is a no-no unless you want to use a spam-based SEO strategy. I also recommend long tail pro for keyword research bit it's not really necessary to spend money on a keyword tool when you can access Google's Keyword Planner for free. Moreover, long tail pro and other keyword tools derive their keyword data from Keyword Planner.
