Ok I know that the topic I am about to tell you has plenty of information but not that it's a bad thing but it's just information overload.

I just think its easier following my own request with my own thread.

So the problem is most of you know I have a website up and launched. I am not going the paid route so cross that off of the list. Don't have the budget for it anyways.

I guess what I really need right now is help with SEO for my website.

Keywords are great place to start but I need to go the free research route without paying a service to do it. for the 3rd time google adwords tool research is that you have to create an adwords acct and pay a balance to use it (tried it and thats what happened)

question finally is how can i use SEO (I know it will take months) to attract the targeted traffic I need? Where do I go to get "FREE" keyword research and start raking in the traffic.

I honestly know that paid businesses to attract traffic has to be garbage; Do you think they actually use their own services to do that? Heck no! They know how to professionally bring in pure traffic; those traffic purchase businesses are only in it for the $$$$.
