I popped your url into Majestic tool and could see the problem straight away. You have over-optimised anchor text. I did a quick calculation and I reckon you have at least 50% of your anchor text as 'money keyword' i.e. the keywords you are trying to rank for.

With those percentages you may have been hit with an algorithmic Penguin penalty.

A few things you can try

• If you own or have access to some of your links, change all sitewide links to your url or brand name
• Change anchor text on your weakest linking pages you have access to, to unoptimised anchor text i.e. mostly brand, some url and some click here etc
• While doing the above, build new links with umoptimised anchor text only - no keywords you are trying to rank for. Notice you have >5000 links total, so you will need to build quite a lot of link to dilute your anchor text, just don't build too quickly.
• If aftre a couple of months you still aren't seeing positive movement in the serps, it might be right to cut your losses. Take out a new domain, copy your content across, build unoptimised links, divert your best links to your new site

Make sure you're focusing on the right keywords for your website. Focus on Long-Tail Keyword, cause they're less competitive, so your site has a better chance of achieving high rankings. Also long tail keywords are more targeted, you can better serve them with a specific offering or specific Web content.
