Hi guys,

Fairly new to building websites..

Currently have few issues with getting ranked well on google..

Website is: Open NBA - Nba's Open table
Sitemap 1- www.opennba.com/sitemap.xml
2- www.opennba.com/sitemap-index.xml

My first issue is only my pages are ranking in search queries, not posts or categories..

I then added another sitemap to get all of the information to index but i am still not seeing any results.

Should i be using pages instead of posts linked to categories which are used in my menu.

And should i be removing one of the sitemap.xml files?

Please help as I currently updating content daily with no results.

    Just submit your sitemap.xml into your Google webmaster tools and after that update this sitemap. Try to use fetch us Google function in crawling section.

      Thanks for your reply I have updated the sitemap.xml and used the fetch feature as stated hopefully get some better results... thanks!

    Updating the sitemap and fetching the google manually will solve your problem
