My first priority before I start to develop and design new website is SEO. Without SEO no one can stand in this internet world, but what if you don't know what is going to work?

For me the Solution is copy - add better - publish

I am talking about Analyzing competitors website. And that's actually help me a lot. With that way I always know what is going to work and what is not. That's how I get better result...

What about you? what you guys think about it? Do you have any suggestion which I must have to know?

Did you say that your best solution is to copy other people's content, rewrite it and add it to your website? At least did you check for errors, duplicate content, etc.?

Yup, must be India. You people are just raw. Lots of people stand online without any
    clue as to SEO.

And speaking of no clue, let me quote from your sig:

"We are expert in SEO and our techniques are best and working. Our tested SEO Process help our clients to get highest rank on major search engines. It will help you to increase your websites online reputation."

You are an expert, right? On what? SEO? What does that stand for?

    Serious Effort Overlooked

(wish I could take credit for that)

      No...
I was talking about the on page and off page optimization ideas. For example analyzing their back links and keyword density, etc.

      I always

It was my company where I worked as web developer and there are some people who help me to learn about seo... If you think you are best then try to teach don't act like over smart...

If only you really new how the big G worked and what real SEO was copy and past does not work,
if your copping any person work means you don't understand what your doing and just getting lucky.

The only thing to copy is (on page seo , number of links, number of times main key been written, how many P how many b what heading used and how many and how many images and video also is the whole page xhtml or html validated.

Then your need to see the social media stats facebook, twitter then youtube

then your need to see there domain and age.

then see there back links and re post with your website but only use the pr3 onwards
then start to do more to get even more then your competitor like articles, videos, comments, blogs

then website speed that needs to be seo correct as well
after all that then your on the right track

I am not a pro in seo world but can position websites on Google very high even hard niches but i do use software to keep me hands from falling off.

The way you think is the best way to get ranked is actually not the best way to get ranked. Instead, it's just one of the other methods that will keep your site stuck in the SERPs for a long time. Publishing the best content won't move the needle on your rankings unless it attracts natural backlinks.

Your written English is riddled with mistakes. If you are targeting native English speakers with professional services you won't get any customers because bad English is the first red flag that keeps native English speakers from doing business with people online. Statistically speaking, you have a greater chance of getting scammed out of money by someone outside of your country that within it. Why? Harder to reach and if it's small money then it's not even worth trying to get it back (will cost you more than you lost in the first place).

Plus, nobody will read anything you have written in English online without hitting the back button instantly. I have searched for information on different topics and as soon as I hit broken English I think "adsense whore" and move on to a "real site"

Your "SEO strategy" is nothing new. "Analyzing competitors website" and essentially copy the competition lol. That's the kind of SEO people START with.

Being Indian is a negative in this business. Nothing against your people or your country but the amount of Indian SEO'rs is insane. That, plus the bad name Indians have as spammers and cheats in this business is terrible. Not saying you are any of these things but others will think you are.

If you want to improve your online marketing abilities improve your written English before anything else or risk getting stereotyped over and over again to the point of not being able to generate a single customer that is outside your country.

Again, the biggest weakness Indian SEO'rs have IMO is their terrible English. If your strategy is based on copying the written text other sites have and changing it by rewriting it or adding to it or both in order to make it unique then you need PERFECT ENGLISH not PERFECT SEO.

In conclusion, I don't mean to be harsh but take it from me as a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER. This is what we think when we see posts like yours.

    Peace.

I run a quite successfull business as a non native English speaker

Though you do have a point, as half of my clients are from Europe, and that on a forum where 53% of the visitors are from the US (according to similarweb)

From your English I would have never have guessed. That's half of it right there. You will be perceived as a native English speaker so that's all that really matters. Now, are you a native European? Chances of finding fluent English speakers are much higher in Europe than all of Asia.

Buddy, sometimes its just best to shut it and let people have their bash instead of speaking ebonics and getting pwned.

You remind me of this customer support guy who told me to "Saar (I'm a Miss btw) Yoo Reestaat yer AyePad tu maeke eet waark"

You should start with your vowels first and then try to become "AN" expert SEO company. LOL

        This dude made my day.

If you really want your site to get to the highest rank, you should definitely start from the bottom. Try to get more valuable content to your visitors and make sure it is originally written by you. This is also best if you have an article or content that solves a specific problem for customers, readers or anybody in a particular niche. It may take you a lot of time and effort to get your website in the top rank. Also, don't forget to share your posts to various social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and so on.

I hope this advice may help you a lot. Give more value to your visitors, and Google might reward you one day for that. Cheers ad happy weekend!

If you really want your site to get to the highest rank, you should first do the onsite SEO, that way you can prepare your site after jumping into offsite.

Non native English user here also.. I always try my best when it comes to the English language, and I know many of my countrymen who do, too.. English has impact on all cultures, as I am aware.. it's one thing to correct, it's another thing to generalize.. let's just enjoy discussing online money-making methods, shall we..?
