Hi,

I am looking to get into writing articles for blogs and directories, I can't seem to find any 'dofollow' sites?

I see people writing huge articles and I check the link and it's no follow
#article #directories #dofollow

Seriously article directories ??? I don't think that it can help you much rather than it's a Good way to lock yourself down under the hands of the Google as recently if you have heard that submitting article over article directories to get a backlink is considered as spam.

What do you mean by writing articles for blogs? As in, do you want to get paid to write? Then try out freelancing sites, like fiverr or iWriter or many others (there are a ton!).

    Welcome to 2003.

Stop blasting crappy spun articles to sites that are "Dofollow directories" they will do nothing to help you or your client rank and will only cause problems.

    Consider this approach.

    1. Ezine
    2. GoArticles
    3. Buzzle (This might be 1 link only if IRCC)

Create your signature box and link Ezine to say your Facebook and Homepage, Link GoArticles to your Twitter and an Innerpage and link Buzzle to another social page.

Many will comment that article spamming is out of date, but doing for building credibility is entirely different. If it makes sense for the business then generally it makes sense for SEO.

Article writing is still a way however not as good as before, most article directories are spamming and stay away from them if you don't want to be punished

I guess you're looking to write guest post on other blogs and submit articles to article directories. I would suggest you to do this only to build your (company) brand not for link building purpose. As most of the high authority sites only give nofollow links, but they can help you to derive valuable traffic.
