I suppose it's not secret, that google likes sites that have the keyword as domain. I was wondering how "aKeyword.center" like "aPrinter.center" would do. Any insights? Please let me know :-)

Your describing an EMD (Exact Match Domain). It's not going to rank a page.

Google likes content better than keyword domains.

    Worry about that, not this.

EMD's (thin ones anyway) got whacked a couple of years ago. If you want a vanity domain for some reason, that sounds like a reasonable domain name. But otherwise, some kind of dot com would be easier to remember (most times) and would probably serve you even better.

Apparently I was misinformed then. Alright. Thank you very much!

Not as well as it would of done back in the early days, domain that were keyworded used to rank very well, it was when people decided to redirect keyworded domains to other websites is when the emphasis on keyworded domains seized to make an impact.

Nowadays it simply doesn't matter, it might play a slight benefit, but to be honest, i would rather have a potential brand name, TLD than extension domains which are almost forget-able.

I suppose it comes down to what niche and what type of site you are creating.
