Hello. We've started a new niche blog on a health subject. We have already about 50 articles that are unpublished so far and we're about to upload as content.

What is the best way to upload them for better ranking in search engine? All at once - i guess it is not a good idea. I'm thinking about one per day.
But don't know really how frequently is best.

We also create one article per week.

It doesn't matter how fast you post as far as SEO.

If your wanting to post once per week why not schedule the 50 pages once a week spread out over an entire year? That way the site is basically hands free for at least a year.

I want to have some content in it faster so I can promote it here and there. But i also want to rank well on google. It is not in English but in language that has about 4 M online users.

That's fine, even If you upload all 50 pages today Google won't index them all at the same time, they only crawl small chunks of links per domain each time the bot visits a domain.

Submit an xml sitemap to Webmaster Tools with all the new pages/URLs, add a link inside your robots.txt file pointing to the same self hosted xml file. That will make it easier for Google to find new pages/URLs.

What is the word count of those articles? Are those "generic" 400/500 word articles? If so, they're not gonna do much good for your site.
Also, frequency of posting doesnt matter that much. Even if you publish one post every week, and it is high quality content with your own point of view about the topic, then it will help you rank better. Also your visitors will love that kind of content.

Whether the word count of those articles are 500-100000 it doesn't matter. Don't post all at the same time.

I'll suggest you post it thrice per week. It's better you gradually but continuously doll out content than to doll it out once and quit.

1 to 3 per day and make it in random times of the day. Make sure you dont it on the same time. Google may think it as an autoblog if you leave a certain pattern.

Thanks guys. I'll stick with posting once every other day.

Word count of articles varies between 500 - 1000.

You could post all at one time, but just back date the posts. I did this on a site with 1000+ posts with no problems. Google seems to like it fine.
