    Have you tried in Freelancer.com? I think you can find good link builders there. I gues the better the quality of the links they are able to find for your niche, the more expensive it will be.

    Everyone is going to support or affiliate their own SEO company. No matter what kind of SEO company you hire, make sure you pay them later based on results or pay in dividents. Its hard to find some good SEO companies but after some efforts you can do it.

      Today most of so called SEO experts on the freelancers sites are doing one things - pyramids.
      create useless web 2 sites and post that will never do any good in any keyword that has some traffic.

      the TRUE experts out there charge $1000 and more per month. they work slow but with time you will get results.

      some of them can create a PBN for you.
