    If you're gonna create blog networks.. like from wordpress, blogspot, etc.. would these hold a value for your citation?

      It would depend on what the citation is needed for, if purely for a reference to be listed in Wiki, wordpress will not cut the mustard., proably better off in that scenario to get it published in Google News for a fiveer, or some news sites, other well respected citation sources.
